Why SMARTBoards???

I (Darryl Cummings) studied the effects of Smartboards on student learning at Birchland Elementary School through a series of surveys and interviews with educators and students. The results were very favorable on many levels.
The perfect technology-enabled classroom?
Can we broaden the discussion to list the tools that you'd like to see in the technology enabled classroom? My (James McConville's) criteria would be technologies that are sustainable, affordable and effective. Add items or put your votes after the items that you feel are key.
