Graduation Transitions Program (GTP) is intended to prepare students for a successful transition to life after secondary school. It is a 4 credit requirement for Graduation. At Port Moody Secondary this program is delivered to students through Phoenix Advisory class and GT Manager. GT Manager is an online program that allows students to complete Graduation Transition from anywhere that has internet access. Even though the curriculum is delivered through advisory, it is expected that students complete some of the tasks on their own.
